Looking to burn a few calories before this week’s holiday and do something for a good cause? Check out the 2nd annual First Course Road Race to feed the hungry this morning at the Fireside Restaurant at 171 Pelham St in Methuen, MA. There is no fee to sign up, but they ask that you bring non-perishable food items and/or a monetary donation to benefit the Lazarus House Ministries in Lawrence, MA. I was planning on running the race this morning, but now I have a home inspection scheduled and won’t be able to make it. I have a friend running the race (go Sue!)
